Erika has spent the past fifteen years ensuring everything exceeds every single client expectation. Having honed her skills at media indie BLM (with Pedro and Henry), she stayed with the agency post-sale to Havas and worked with the French giant for a number of years before jumping ship to set-up Bountiful Cow with Henry and Graeme.
