After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2013, Reema began her career in the Creative & Media world at W+K London. A former audit client, they grabbed the opportunity to utilise her practice experience to advise on all things tax, audit & financial reporting.

Following a 3-year stint, she moved to The Kite Factory, where she quickly put in a place first in class systems, processes and controls to deliver the commercial information needed to drive change within the agency and question conventional wisdom.

When not working on spreadsheets, Reema can usually be found dining at the latest hidden gems in London or trying out new recipes in the kitchen with her family.
