Bicycle wins multi-million pound Duolingo account

We have more new business news... we've only gone and won the Duolingo Account!

We are ekstaza* to announce that we will now handle media in the U.K. for the world’s leading language-learning app Duolingo. The scope includes strategic planning, media planning and buying, and app store optimisation. The multi million ATL spend in the next 12 months will increase as the US based app seeks to grow in the U.K. The account was previously held by Bountiful Cow.

Duolingo was launched in 2011 and currently boasts over 500 million users globally including 13 million here in the U.K. Backed by Google parent company Alphabet through various funding rounds, in July this year the business floated on the NASDAQ under the ticker DUOL.
