About the Role
Junior Programmatic Trader
Full Time Salary Range: £40,000-£45,000
(We are open to conversations about a part-time role)
Media is culture. It’s the connective tissue that binds society, moves opinion, changes minds, sparks ideas and brings us together. Media is a vibrant, creative force.
A powerful force. A force for good. Why, then, has the advertising industry turned ‘media’ into a dirty word: the runt, commoditised cousin of the banking industry? Driven by deals, spreadsheets, backhanders and frustrated people at the end of their tether?
We are building an antidote. When geography matters less than ever, but people and connectedness have never, ever mattered more. Ground-up. Legacy-free. Creatively-ambitious. Strategically-led. Talent-first, forever.
About Bicycle London:
We are a new breed of communication agency.
Media experience (MX) is a new concept engineered to work hand-in-glove with a brand's CX and UX disciplines. MX focuses on context and actual experience rather than channel, placing the entire emphasis on effectiveness over efficiency.
Rather than rely on the claimed and assumed behaviours so often leant on by media agencies, MX uses a blend of data science and qualitative insight to observe and utilise real human behaviour and intent. We believe that MX heralds the ‘third wave’ of media agencies (the first being media buying and the second media planning) and represents an entirely new way of working with clients.
We believe in non-zero sum games, win-win scenarios, in synergies, reciprocity, balance, inclusivity, brand & performance, creativity & data. We believe in shared ambition, shared values, and shared profits. We believe in hope, humanity, work-life balance, trust and respect.
Together, we’ll change the industry. We are the fastest growing agency in London. We’ve only just started.
We are Bicycle.
