We have an industry renowned team that is building a game-changing model, fusing true, deep data capability with high-end strategic and creative leadership. This agency isn’t just ‘another independent’, especially not one that claims to act unlike the networks but deploys precisely the same practices behind-the-scenes as its bigger cousins.

As an owner-funded and managed enterprise we will be entirely free of the shackles of third-party meddling and free to create a business in entirely the image which we see fit, leaving behind the multiplicity of frustrations that come with complex ownership structures at the door.

We’re currently working with LiveScore, Virgin Bet, DuoLingo, Faith in Nature, OceanSaver, Movember and NFT pioneer Terra Virtua, along with others to be announced soon. Our year one billings will be in excess of £25m.


Moving image is at the heart of our cultural media landscape. The delivery mechanics might change, but humans’ emotional involvement and love affair with film remains resolute.

As such, for brands, whilst the AV market is changing apace and continues to evolve rapidly, few will argue that TV and video content, in all of their guises, continue to provide clients with a hugely powerful, dynamic and increasingly flexible vehicle for growth.

Following rapid growth across the business the AV Manager is a critical hire in augmenting our in-house investment function.

In the AV Manager we need someone:

- To work with our highly experienced trading directors and Head of AV to continue to build out our AV unit
- To take the lead in managing the craft of AV strategy, planning, buying and optimisation for our range of clients
- To work as a genuine team player in helping win more business. We are going to grow fast
- To act as an ambassador for the agency and bring to the fore the strength of their relationships with media owners
- To operate as a team player across the agency and willing to get their hands dirty - for the first few months it will be all hands to the pump
- That is commercially aware (clients’ businesses and ours)
- Who has a curiosity for the AV industry and willingness to stay in touch with latest market developments

You have:

- An ability to turn planned target audiences into action TV trading audiences, alongside build AV audiences for data driven campaigns
- A good understanding of the world of AV trading and how to convert the deal into reality. Experience in ‘one AV’ media planning and execution (TV, BVOD, Online Video and CTV)
- A love for working directly with the clients, a passion for account management through the good and not so good moments. A proven experience of being able to take the pressure when needed
- Proven experience in being involved in new business and articulating a clear AV strategy to clients/prospects. Inc sponsorships, partnerships, programme funding.
- Experience in understanding the power of relationships, the importance of the human element of what we do
- Innate capability to act as a powerful team member and people manager. The ability to get the best from those around you and vice versa
- A care to craft, with an in-depth knowledge of industry planning tools, eg: Techedge, Mediaocean, TGI, Comscore etc., plus a working knowledge of multi-media planning tools
- An ability to work in partnership with 3rd party media auditing firms
- A desire to help build a team of highly motivated and skilled AV professionals
- A real passion for TV, film, ideas and culture

And preferably:

At least 3 years experience of TV/AV planning & buying
Experience of (and passion for) working in a small, fast growth business.

Salary bracket: £30,000-£35,000 per annum
